Deconstructing Harry (1997

Unless you take bits and pieces from his influencing writers/directors, it is easy to say that no one makes movies like Woody Allen. Deconstructing Harry is chock full of nervous tension, hilarious snafus, and delightful moments. And it’s exemplary in manner when it comes to manipulating flash-backs, the 4th wall, fiction, and hookers.

Deconstructing Harry just might be the last first-rate film that stars Woody Allen.
